Nunweiler's Organic Whole Grain All Purpose & Pastry Flour is milled from Canadian Grown Organic White Spring Wheat which produces a lighter, lower gluten strength flour. It’s milder tasting and an ideal flour to start with if you want to switch your baking from ‘refined’ white flour to a much more nutritional Whole Grain flour.
Uses: This flour is ideally suited for cakes, cookies, muffins and pastries. It can also be used in yeast breads too when blended with other flours.
