Changing from one agricultural product to another might seem like an impossible task, but deep in the highland of San Marcos and Huehuetenango resides a small village that took a new opportunity and created one of our favorite organic coffees. Corn and other vegetables ruled the agricultural landscape which gave these farmers a different outlook towards production and an ability to differ quality. Hand-picking every single bean, these men and women take pride in harvesting the best beans this region has to offer.
